What is a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file stored on your device by a website. Wedillybird uses cookies that are essential to the operation of the Service.
Cookies used
Session cookie (authentication, HMAC-signed, expires after 30 days of inactivity). Local IndexedDB storage (offline cache for check-in). PostHog analytics in cookieless mode: nothing is written to your device, the identifier is a daily hash computed server-side, with no cross-site tracking. Only with your consent: PostHog cookies (session replay, heatmaps, linking to your account) and the Meta pixel (measuring the effectiveness of our ads). Without consent, none of these cookies are set.
Control cookies
You can delete cookies through your browser settings. Disabling the session cookie will sign you out of the Service.
Third-party cookies
Stripe sets its own cookies on its payment pages (outside the Wedillybird domain) to prevent fraud. PostHog (United States) and Meta (United States) only receive data if you accepted analytics in the banner. You can withdraw consent at any time by clearing your browser cookies: the banner will be shown again.
