Terms of Service
Last updated: April 25, 2026
1. Purpose
Wedillybird ("the Service") provides a SaaS wedding-planning platform offering guest management, WhatsApp invitations, RSVP tracking, check-in and shared photo galleries. These Terms of Service govern the use of the Service by anyone accessing it ("the User").
2. Acceptance
Use of the Service implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. The User acknowledges having read and accepted them without reservation when creating their account.
3. Account and access
Access to the Service requires creating an account by verifying a WhatsApp number. The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their number and for any action taken from their account. Any unauthorised use must be reported immediately.
4. Pricing and payment
The Service is offered with no free tier. For individuals planning a wedding, two one-shot plans are available: Essential (€19, core features + 30-day gallery) and Premium (€49, Essential + 6-month gallery + PDF album). A post-wedding upsell (+€29) extends the gallery to 5 years and adds the HD photo book. For professionals, monthly or annual subscriptions (Starter €89/month, Business €179/month, Agency €349/month, -20% annual) or pay-as-you-go (€69 per event). Payments are processed by Stripe (Europe) or CinetPay (West Africa). Full refund within 7 days if the event has not been sent. If the wedding is cancelled, free postponement to another date.
5. Intellectual property
The User retains ownership of the content they upload. They grant Wedillybird a non-exclusive licence to use this content solely for the operation of the Service. Wedillybird retains ownership of the platform, its code and brand.
6. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". Wedillybird strives to ensure maximum availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Wedillybird's liability is limited to the amount paid by the User over the past 12 months.
7. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their performance shall fall within the exclusive jurisdiction of the Paris courts, except for any contrary provision of public policy.
